Before Service Commencement: If you decide to cancel your service agreement before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid. To initiate this process, please contact us in writing at least 7 days prior to the agreed-upon start date.
After Service Commencement: Once work has begun on your project, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The refundable amount will be prorated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. Please note that certain services, due to their nature, may not be eligible for refunds once initiated.
Certain services are non-refundable once they have commenced, including:
Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise provided during the session.

Review and Response: Upon receipt, our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Additional information may be requested to process your refund.
Refund Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
Service Modifications: If you wish to modify the scope of services after commencement, please contact your account manager. We will assess the feasibility and adjust fees accordingly. Refunds for reduced scopes will be evaluated based on the remaining work and expenses incurred.
Service Pauses: Should you need to pause services temporarily, please notify us in writing. We will accommodate pauses for up to 30 days without additional charges. Services paused beyond 30 days may be subject to re-engagement fees.
